It's definitely beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! This week we have three delicious, easy to make festive recipes to add to the collection!

Firstly these Chocolate Cherry Cupcakes are a decadent treat with a moist chocolate base, a tangy cherry filling, and a dollop of whipped cream on top. Perfect for celebrations or indulgent afternoons, they’re simple to bake and packed with irresistible layers of deliciousness.

Next on the menu, this Caprese Salad Wreath of fresh tomato, basil, and bocconcini is a simple yet elegant salad, appetiser or starter, perfect for festive gatherings or when you want a dish that’s as delicious as it is beautiful.

And finally, this rich and festive Cherry Chocolate Pudding, perfect for holiday gatherings. Made with sweet cherries, cranberries, brandy, and dark chocolate, this dessert is filled with warm spices and topped with a luscious chocolate brandy sauce for extra decadence
