NEW MEMBER'S RECIPES

Good morning and welcome to this week's member's newsletter!

The first of this week's recipes, Thai Vegetable Soup is super simple to make and so delicious. It’s very easily adapted to suit your supplies so feel free to sub any of the veggies.

Our other NEW recipes are Leftover Bolognese Muffins - a protein rich recipe that uses leftover bolognese sauce and Mexican Salad Jar - a handy single serve salad that can be assembled the night before and then come lunchtime, simply shake to combine and enjoy.
