First and foremost, my love and thoughts are with those of you in Victoria. Please reach out if there's anything my team or I can do to help you through these difficult times. For now, there are some resources in the membership that you may find handy...

This week's new recipe, a delicious Pear Pecan Brekkie Loaf is a fabulous make-ahead breakfast or healthy snack. I often make this as a breakfast option when I know we have a week of early starts.

Another newly added member's recipe is this easy to make Sri Lankan Beef Curry. My whole family adores this delicious meal (plus the recipe includes a vegan variation).
